महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-83, verse-28

ततोऽहं विस्मितो राजन्प्रतिबुद्धो विशां पते ।
सुवर्णदानेऽकरवं मतिं भरतसत्तम ॥२८॥
28. tato'haṁ vismito rājanpratibuddho viśāṁ pate ,
suvarṇadāne'karavaṁ matiṁ bharatasattama.

pate suvarṇadāne akaravam matim bharatasattama
28. Thereupon, O King, O Lord of the people, I, awakened and astonished, made up my mind to give gold, O best among the Bharatas.
