महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-99, verse-44

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
समागमनमाकाङ्क्षन्निति सोऽन्तर्हितो मुनिः ।
ततोऽभिगम्य सा देवी स्नुषां रहसि संगताम् ।
धर्म्यमर्थसमायुक्तमुवाच वचनं हितम् ॥४४॥
44. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
samāgamanamākāṅkṣanniti so'ntarhito muniḥ ,
tato'bhigamya sā devī snuṣāṁ rahasi saṁgatām ,
dharmyamarthasamāyuktamuvāca vacanaṁ hitam.
44. vaiśampāyanaḥ uvāca | samāgamanam ākaṅkṣan
iti saḥ antarhitaḥ muniḥ | tataḥ
abhigamya sā devī snuṣām rahasi saṅgatām |
dharmyam arthasamāyuktam uvāca vacanam hitam
44. Vaiśampāyana said: "Desiring their union, the sage thus disappeared. Then, the queen (devī), approaching her daughter-in-law who was secluded, spoke beneficial words, infused with natural law (dharma) and profound meaning."
