महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-99, verse-23

तस्मै पूजां तदा दत्त्वा सुताय विधिपूर्वकम् ।
परिष्वज्य च बाहुभ्यां प्रस्नवैरभिषिच्य च ।
मुमोच बाष्पं दाशेयी पुत्रं दृष्ट्वा चिरस्य तम् ॥२३॥
23. tasmai pūjāṁ tadā dattvā sutāya vidhipūrvakam ,
pariṣvajya ca bāhubhyāṁ prasnavairabhiṣicya ca ,
mumoca bāṣpaṁ dāśeyī putraṁ dṛṣṭvā cirasya tam.

vidhipūrvakam pariṣvajya ca bāhubhyām
prasnavaiḥ abhiṣicya ca mumoca bāṣpam
dāśeyī putram dṛṣṭvā cirasya tam
23. Then Dāśeyī, having honored her son according to ritual and having embraced him with both arms and moistened him with tears, shed tears upon seeing that son after a long time.
