महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-58, verse-33

त्रासयन्तो विनिघ्नन्तस्तांस्तान्भूतगणांश्च ते ।
विचेरुः सर्वतो राजन्महीं शतसहस्रशः ॥३३॥
33. trāsayanto vinighnantastāṁstānbhūtagaṇāṁśca te ,
viceruḥ sarvato rājanmahīṁ śatasahasraśaḥ.

te viceruḥ sarvataḥ rājan mahīm śatasahasraśaḥ
33. O King, terrifying and slaughtering those various hosts of beings, they roamed throughout the earth, in hundreds of thousands.
