व्यास उवाच ।
तां गच्छन्तीमन्वगच्छत्तदानीं सोऽपश्यदारात्तरुणं दर्शनीयम् ।
सिंहासनस्थं युवतीसहायं क्रीडन्तमक्षैर्गिरिराजमूर्ध्नि ॥१४॥

tāṁ gacchantīmanvagacchattadānīṁ; so'paśyadārāttaruṇaṁ darśanīyam ,
siṁhāsanasthaṁ yuvatīsahāyaṁ; krīḍantamakṣairgirirājamūrdhni.

Vyāsa said: At that time, he followed her as she departed. From nearby, he then saw a handsome young man seated on a throne, accompanied by a young woman, playing dice on the summit of the king of mountains.
