महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-189, verse-13

स्त्र्युवाच ।
त्वं वेत्स्यसे मामिह यास्मि शक्र यदर्थं चाहं रोदिमि मन्दभाग्या ।
आगच्छ राजन्पुरतोऽहं गमिष्ये द्रष्टासि तद्रोदिमि यत्कृतेऽहम् ॥१३॥
13. stryuvāca ,
tvaṁ vetsyase māmiha yāsmi śakra; yadarthaṁ cāhaṁ rodimi mandabhāgyā ,
āgaccha rājanpurato'haṁ gamiṣye; draṣṭāsi tadrodimi yatkṛte'ham.
13. strī uvāca tvam vetsyase mām iha yā asmi
śakra yat artham ca aham rodimi
mandabhāgyā āgaccha rājan purataḥ aham
gamiṣye draṣṭā asi tat rodimi yat kṛte aham
13. The woman said, "O Śakra (Indra), you will know who I am here and for what reason I, an unfortunate one, am crying. Come, O King! I will go ahead; you will see that for which I cry."
