The oscillation (dolā) of the vital breaths, incoming (prāṇa) and outgoing (apāna), which arises within its (that supreme consciousness') interior, assumes the designation 'wind principle' (vāta-skandha). This wind principle is the great heart (hṛdayam) of the world (jagat).
