Mental constructs and similar creations (citta-ādye), like goblins conjured by a child, are imagined by that (supreme consciousness). Even though these are mere particles of light (tejaḥ-kaṇāḥ) and inherently non-existent, they nonetheless become established as distinct forms or abodes (dhiṣṇya).
