योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-73, verse-31

एष एव चिरं कालं तत्र भावनया तया ।
गृह्णाति निश्चयं पूर्णमाधिभौतिकमात्मनः ॥ ३१ ॥
eṣa eva ciraṃ kālaṃ tatra bhāvanayā tayā ,
gṛhṇāti niścayaṃ pūrṇamādhibhautikamātmanaḥ 31
31. eṣaḥ eva ciram kālam tatra bhāvanayā tayā
gṛhṇāti niścayam pūrṇam ādhibhautikam ātmanaḥ
31. eṣaḥ eva tatra ciram kālam tayā bhāvanayā ātmanaḥ pūrṇam ādhibhautikam niścayam gṛhṇāti.
31. This very [subtle body], there for a long time, through that sustained contemplation (bhāvanā), attains a full and externally-oriented certainty (ādhibhautika) concerning the self (ātman).
