योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-69, verse-44

शान्ते वातपरिस्पन्दे यथा गन्धः प्रशाम्यति ।
तथा शान्ते मनःस्पन्दे शाम्यन्ति प्राणवायवः ॥ ४४ ॥

tathā śānte manaḥspande śāmyanti prāṇavāyavaḥ 44

44. Just as a fragrance subsides when the movement of the air ceases, similarly, the vital breaths subside when the agitation of the mind ceases.

44. כשם שהריח נרגע כאשר תנועת הרוח שוככת, כך גם רוחות ה-פְּרָאָנָה נרגעות כאשר תנועת החשיבה נפסקת.
