तालवृन्तस्य संस्पन्दे शान्ते शान्तो यथानिलः ।
प्राणानिलपरिस्पन्दे शान्ते शान्तं तथा मनः ॥ ४१ ॥

tālavṛntasya saṃspande śānte śānto yathānilaḥ ,
prāṇānilaparispande śānte śāntaṃ tathā manaḥ 41

41. tālavṛntasya saṃspande śānte śāntaḥ yathā anilaḥ
| prāṇānilaparispande śānte śāntam tathā manaḥ ||

41. yathā tālavṛntasya saṃspande śānte anilaḥ śāntaḥ

41. Just as the air becomes still when the movement of a hand-fan ceases, similarly the mind becomes still when the agitation of the vital breath ceases.

41. כפי שהרוח נרגעת כאשר תנועת המניפה נפסקת, כך גם החשיבה נרגעת כאשר תנועת הַפְּרָאנַה נפסקת.
