श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
त्रिष्वेतेषु प्रयोगेषु मनःप्रशमनं वरम् ।
साध्यं विद्धि तदेवाशु यथा भवति तच्छिवम् ॥ २९ ॥

29. Sri Vasiṣṭha said: Among these three methods, the calming of the mind (manas) is the best. Understand that this (calming) is quickly achievable, leading to auspiciousness.
