परिविसृतनृपौजाः सर्वदिक्संस्थिताज्ञः कतिपयदिवसेहासिद्धदेशव्यवस्थः ।
प्रकृतिभिरलमूढाशेषराजन्यभारः स गवल इति नाम्ना तत्र राजा बभूव ॥ ४८ ॥

He, whose regal power was extensively spread, whose command was established in all directions, and whose administrative system for the country was rapidly put in place within a few days, with the entire burden of kingship fully supported by his ministers, became king there by the name of Gavala.
