वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-95, verse-38

अचिरप्रोषितं रामं चिरविप्रोषितं यथा ।
द्रष्टुकामो जनः सर्वो जगाम सहसाश्रमम् ॥३८॥
38. aciraproṣitaṃ rāmaṃ ciraviproṣitaṃ yathā ,
draṣṭukāmo janaḥ sarvo jagāma sahasāśramam.

38. All the people, eager to see Rama—who had recently departed but whom they felt had been separated from them for a long time—suddenly went to his hermitage (āśrama).
