हीनवंशोऽपि यो जातः स राजा भवति ध्रुवम् ॥४८॥

48. kendresthitaiḥ śubhaiḥ sarvaiḥ pāpaiśca triṣaḍāyagaiḥ .

If all benefic planets are located in angular houses (kendra) and malefic planets are in the 3rd, 6th, or 11th houses, then a person, even if born into a humble lineage, certainly becomes a king.
