बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-39, verse-39

धर्मस्थाने स्थिते जीवे स्वगृहे भृगुसंयुते ।
पंचमाधिपयुक्ते वा जातश्चेदिह राजभाक् ॥३९॥
39. dharmasthāne sthite jīve svagṛhe bhṛgusaṃyute .
paṃcamādhipayukte vā jātaścediha rājabhāk.

pañcamādhipa-yukte vā jātaḥ cet iha rājyabhāk
39. If Jupiter (jīva) is situated in the ninth house (dharma sthāna) in its own sign, conjoined with Venus (bhṛgu), or conjoined with the lord of the fifth house, then the native will certainly attain sovereignty in this life.
