25. rāśerdreṣkāṇatoṃ'śācca rāśeraṃśādathāpi vā .
yadvā rāśidṛkāṇābhyāṃ lagnadraṣṭā tu yogadaḥ.

A planet that aspects the ascendant (lagna), either from the sign's decanate (dreṣkāṇa), or from its navamśa, or furthermore from the sign itself, or from both the sign and the decanate combined, certainly grants a royal combination (rājayoga).
