बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-39, verse-28

दुःस्थानेशोऽपि नीचस्थो यदि लग्नं प्रपश्यति ।
तदाऽपि राजयोगः स्यादिति ज्ञेयं द्विजोत्तम ॥२८॥
28. duḥsthāneśo'pi nīcastho yadi lagnaṃ prapaśyati .
tadā'pi rājayogaḥ syāditi jñeyaṃ dvijottama.
28. duḥstha-īśaḥ api nīca-sthaḥ yadi lagnaṃ prapaśyati
tadā api rāja-yogaḥ syāt iti jñeyam dvija-uttama
28. O best among the twice-born (dvija), know that even if the lord of an inauspicious house (duḥstha) is debilitated (nīcastha) and aspects the ascendant (lagna), then also a royal combination (rājayoga) will arise.
