चन्द्रः कविं कविश्चन्द्रमन्योऽन्यं त्रिभवस्थितः ।
मिथः पश्यति वा क्वापि राजयोग उदाहृतः ॥४१॥

41. candraḥ kaviṃ kaviścandramanyo'nyaṃ tribhavasthitaḥ .

If the Moon and Venus (kavi) are mutually in a third-house relationship (one is in the third from the other), and they mutually aspect each other, or (even if not in a third-house relationship) they simply aspect each other from any other position, this is declared a Rāja-yoga.
