If the lord of the house of spiritual practices (tapasthānādhipa, 9th house) and the lord of the house of counsel (mantrādhiśa, 5th house)—especially the minister—mutually aspect each other, then the native (jāta) in this life certainly attains kingship (rājyabhāk).
