न मां प्रीणाति तत्सर्वं मुमूर्षोरिव भेषजम् ॥५॥

I have indeed been informed by you, my loyal friend (suhṛd), of all that should be said. However, all of it does not please me, just as medicine (bheṣaja) does not please one who desires to die.
