ततो मुहूर्तं स ध्यात्वा धार्तराष्ट्रो महामनाः ।
कृपं शारद्वतं वाक्यमित्युवाच परंतपः ॥२॥

2. tato muhūrtaṁ sa dhyātvā dhārtarāṣṭro mahāmanāḥ ,
kṛpaṁ śāradvataṁ vākyamityuvāca paraṁtapaḥ.

tataḥ muhūrtam saḥ dhyātvā dhārtarāṣṭraḥ mahāmanāḥ

Then, having reflected (dhyāna) for a moment, that great-minded Duryodhana, the tormentor of foes, spoke these words to Kṛpa, the son of Śaradvat.
