महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-146, verse-25

शकुनिश्चार्जुनं राजन्परिवार्य समन्ततः ।
रथैरनेकसाहस्रैर्गजैश्चैव सहस्रशः ।
तथा हयसहस्रैश्च तुमुलं सर्वतोऽकरोत् ॥२५॥
25. śakuniścārjunaṁ rājanparivārya samantataḥ ,
rathairanekasāhasrairgajaiścaiva sahasraśaḥ ,
tathā hayasahasraiśca tumulaṁ sarvato'karot.
25. śakuniḥ ca arjunaṃ rājan parivārya
samantataḥ rathaiḥ anekasāhasraiḥ
gajaiḥ ca eva sahasraśaḥ tathā
hayasahasraiḥ ca tumulaṃ sarvataḥ akarot

25. O King (rājan), Śakuni, having surrounded Arjuna from all sides with thousands of chariots, thousands of elephants, and likewise thousands of horses, created a great uproar all around.
