चेष्टमानं प्रतीघाते सभुजं मां सचक्षुषः ।
मन्यध्वं मृतमित्येवमेतद्वो बुद्धिलाघवम् ।
युक्तो ह्यस्य प्रतीघातः कृतो मे कुरुपुंगवाः ॥४५॥

yukto hyasya pratīghātaḥ kṛto me kurupuṁgavāḥ.

45.
O best among the Kurus, you consider me, who am actively resisting with my arms and eyes, to be dead. This is merely a lightness of your intellect. Indeed, my counter-attack against him was justified.
