महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-118, verse-4

नृशंसं बत कौन्तेय कर्मेदं कृतवानसि ।
अपश्यतो विषक्तस्य यन्मे बाहुमचिच्छिदः ॥४॥
4. nṛśaṁsaṁ bata kaunteya karmedaṁ kṛtavānasi ,
apaśyato viṣaktasya yanme bāhumacicchidaḥ.

| apaśyataḥ viṣaktasya yat me bāhum acicchidaḥ

4. Alas, O son of Kuntī (Arjuna), you have done a cruel deed (karma), because you cut off my arm when I was not looking and was preoccupied!
