महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-96, verse-46

बिभेद च सुसंहृष्टः पुनश्चैनान्सुसंशितैः ।
शरैर्बहुविधाकारैः शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः ॥४६॥
46. bibheda ca susaṁhṛṣṭaḥ punaścainānsusaṁśitaiḥ ,
śarairbahuvidhākāraiḥ śataśo'tha sahasraśaḥ.

46. And filled with great delight, he again pierced them with hundreds and thousands of extremely sharp arrows of many different forms.
