महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-40, verse-46

यतः प्रवृत्तिर्भूतानां येन सर्वमिदं ततम् ।
स्वकर्मणा तमभ्यर्च्य सिद्धिं विन्दति मानवः ॥४६॥
46. yataḥ pravṛttirbhūtānāṁ yena sarvamidaṁ tatam ,
svakarmaṇā tamabhyarcya siddhiṁ vindati mānavaḥ.
46. yataḥ pravṛttiḥ bhūtānām yena sarvam idam tatam
svakarmaṇā tam abhyarcya siddhim vindati mānavaḥ
46. yataḥ bhūtānām pravṛttiḥ,
yena idam sarvam tatam,
tam svakarmaṇā abhyarcya mānavaḥ siddhim vindati.
46. From whom all beings originate, and by whom all this (universe) is pervaded – by worshipping Him through the performance of one's own specific action (karma), a human being attains perfection (siddhi).
