मनोनुगात्परश्चोष्णो देशः कुरुकुलोद्वह ।
उष्णात्परः प्रावरकः प्रावरादन्धकारकः ॥२१॥

21. manonugātparaścoṣṇo deśaḥ kurukulodvaha ,
uṣṇātparaḥ prāvarakaḥ prāvarādandhakārakaḥ.

21. manonugāt paraḥ ca uṣṇaḥ deśaḥ kurukulodvaha
| uṣṇāt paraḥ prāvarakaḥ prāvarāt andhakārakaḥ

21. kurukulodvaha,
manonugāt ca paraḥ uṣṇaḥ deśaḥ.
uṣṇāt paraḥ prāvarakaḥ,
prāvarāt andhakārakaḥ.

21. O upholder of the Kuru lineage, and beyond the Manonuga region is the Uṣṇa region. Beyond Uṣṇa is Prāvaraka, and beyond Prāvara is Andhakāraka.
