महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-13, verse-15

न तेषु दस्यवः सन्ति म्लेच्छजात्योऽपि वा नृप ।
गौरप्रायो जनः सर्वः सुकुमारश्च पार्थिव ॥१५॥
15. na teṣu dasyavaḥ santi mlecchajātyo'pi vā nṛpa ,
gauraprāyo janaḥ sarvaḥ sukumāraśca pārthiva.

15. O King (nṛpa, pārthiva), among those people, there are no robbers, nor even mleccha (mlecchajātya) tribes. All the people are predominantly fair-skinned and delicate.
