महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-30, verse-44

एवं सर्वानागताभ्यागतांश्च राज्ञो दूतान्सर्वदिग्भ्योऽभ्युपेतान् ।
पृष्ट्वा सर्वान्कुशलं तांश्च सूत पश्चादहं कुशली तेषु वाच्यः ॥४४॥
44. evaṁ sarvānāgatābhyāgatāṁśca; rājño dūtānsarvadigbhyo'bhyupetān ,
pṛṣṭvā sarvānkuśalaṁ tāṁśca sūta; paścādahaṁ kuśalī teṣu vācyaḥ.
44. evaṃ sarvān āgatābhyāgatān ca rājñaḥ
dūtān sarvadigbhyaḥ abhyupetān
pṛṣṭvā sarvān kuśalaṃ tān ca sūta
paścāt ahaṃ kuśalī teṣu vācyaḥ
44. O Sūta, in this manner, after you have inquired about the well-being of all those who have arrived and assembled, and also of the king's messengers who have come from all directions, then I should be declared to them as being well.
