न तस्य युद्धं रोचते वै कदाचिद्वैश्यापुत्रं कुशलं तात पृच्छेः ॥१७॥

17.
O dear one, you should inquire about the well-being of the son of the Vaishya woman (Vidura), who is Vrindaraka, the poet, unbewildered in matters of purpose, profoundly wise, and endowed with all aspects of natural law (dharma). Indeed, war never pleases him.
