कच्चिद्वृत्तिं श्वशुरेषु भद्राः कल्याणीं वर्तध्वमनृशंसरूपाम् ।
यथा च वः स्युः पतयोऽनुकूलास्तथा वृत्तिमात्मनः स्थापयध्वम् ॥३३॥

33.
O auspicious ladies, I hope you are conducting yourselves in a blessed and non-cruel manner towards your fathers-in-law. Also, establish your own conduct (vṛtti) in such a way that your husbands may remain favorable to you.
