महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-176, verse-4

सिंहाः केसरिणो व्याघ्रा महिषा वारणास्तथा ।
समागताश्च बहुशो निहताश्च मया मृधे ॥४॥
4. siṁhāḥ kesariṇo vyāghrā mahiṣā vāraṇāstathā ,
samāgatāśca bahuśo nihatāśca mayā mṛdhe.

samāgatāḥ ca bahuśaḥ nihatāḥ ca mayā mṛdhe
4. Lions, maned ones, tigers, buffaloes, and elephants—even when they gathered in great numbers, they were all slain by me in battle.
