महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-176, verse-11

यथा त्विदं मया प्राप्तं भुजंगत्वमरिंदम ।
तदवश्यं मया ख्याप्यं तवाद्य शृणु सत्तम ॥११॥
11. yathā tvidaṁ mayā prāptaṁ bhujaṁgatvamariṁdama ,
tadavaśyaṁ mayā khyāpyaṁ tavādya śṛṇu sattama.
11. yathā tu idam mayā prāptam bhujamgatvam arindama
tat avaśyam mayā khyāpyam tava adya śṛṇu sattama
11. O vanquisher of foes (arimdama), O best among men (sattama), listen today! I must certainly explain to you how this state of being a serpent was attained by me.
