अभयं सर्वभूतेभ्यो दत्त्वा नैष्कर्म्यमाचरेत् ।

18. Having granted freedom from fear to all beings, one should practice non-action (naiṣkarmya). A sage (muni) of this kind is benevolent to all creatures, friendly, and has restrained all his senses.
