महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-47, verse-9

शूद्रां शयनमारोप्य ब्राह्मणः पीडितो भवेत् ।
प्रायश्चित्तीयते चापि विधिदृष्टेन हेतुना ॥९॥
9. śūdrāṁ śayanamāropya brāhmaṇaḥ pīḍito bhavet ,
prāyaścittīyate cāpi vidhidṛṣṭena hetunā.

9. If a brahmin places a śūdra woman on his bed, he becomes defiled and must undergo penance (prāyaścitta) for this transgression, as prescribed by the sacred law (dharma).
