महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-130, verse-9

युक्तैर्योगवहैः सद्भिर्ग्रीष्मे पञ्चतपैस्तथा ।
मण्डूकयोगनियतैर्यथान्यायनिषेविभिः ॥९॥
9. yuktairyogavahaiḥ sadbhirgrīṣme pañcatapaistathā ,
maṇḍūkayoganiyatairyathānyāyaniṣevibhiḥ.

tathā maṇḍūka-yoga-niyataiḥ yathā-nyāya-niṣevibhiḥ
9. By those engaged in (yoga), by the virtuous who diligently practice (yoga), and similarly, by those who undertake the five-fires austerity in summer, who are disciplined in the frog-like (yoga) posture, and who adhere to righteousness as prescribed.
