संनिमज्जज्जगदिदं गम्भीरे कालसागरे ।
जरामृत्युमहाग्राहे न कश्चिदवबुध्यते ॥४३॥

43. saṁnimajjajjagadidaṁ gambhīre kālasāgare ,
jarāmṛtyumahāgrāhe na kaścidavabudhyate.

43. This entire world (jagat) is sinking into the deep ocean of time, which is (like) a mighty beast (grāha) of old age and death. Yet, no one understands (or awakens to this reality).
