महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-162, verse-39

विनीतो नियताहारो ब्रह्मण्यो वेदपारगः ।
सब्रह्मचारी तद्देश्यः सखा तस्यैव सुप्रियम् ।
तं दस्युग्राममगमद्यत्रासौ गौतमोऽभवत् ॥३९॥
