वक्राङ्गांस्तु स नित्यं वै सर्वतो बाणगोचरे ।
जघान गौतमो राजन्यथा दस्युगणस्तथा ॥३५॥

35. O King, Gautama constantly hunted those with crooked limbs (animals) that were everywhere within the range of his arrows, just as a band of dacoits would.
