महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-92, verse-20

प्रतीपः शंतनुं पुत्रं यौवनस्थं ततोऽन्वशात् ।
पुरा मां स्त्री समभ्यागाच्छंतनो भूतये तव ॥२०॥
20. pratīpaḥ śaṁtanuṁ putraṁ yauvanasthaṁ tato'nvaśāt ,
purā māṁ strī samabhyāgācchaṁtano bhūtaye tava.

20. Then Prateepa instructed his son Shantanu, who was in his youth: 'Long ago, O Shantanu, a woman approached me for your welfare.'
