शशाप तं च संक्रुद्धो बीभत्सुर्जिह्मगामिनम् ।
पावको वासुदेवश्च अप्रतिष्ठो भवेदिति ॥११॥

And the furious Bibhatsu (Arjuna) cursed that crooked-moving (serpent), saying, "May Fire (Pāvaka) and Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa) be without a fixed abode (apratiṣṭha)!"
