संपन्ना संहतानेकमहोत्पातभरावृता ।
दुष्कृताङ्गारनिर्दग्धनरकोन्मुखमानवा ॥ १० ॥

10. She (the earth) became fraught with and encompassed by a dense multitude of many great calamities, her people facing hell, scorched as if by the burning embers of their misdeeds (duṣkṛta).

10. היא התמלאה באסונות כבדים ורבים, כשבני האדם, שנשרפו בגחלי מעשיהם הרעים, ניצבו על פי תהום.
