योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-182, verse-3

ततो गौर्या प्रयातायां तद्वनं तादृशं महत् ।
सामान्यवनतां यातं जनवृन्दोपजीवितम् ॥ ३ ॥
tato gauryā prayātāyāṃ tadvanaṃ tādṛśaṃ mahat ,
sāmānyavanatāṃ yātaṃ janavṛndopajīvitam 3
3. tataḥ gauryā prayātāyām tat vanam tādṛśam
mahat sāmānyavanatām yātam janavṛndopajīvitam
3. tataḥ gauryām prayātāyām,
tādṛśam mahat tat vanam janavṛndopajīvitam sāmānyavanatām yātam
3. Subsequently, with Gauri having departed, that great and splendid forest became an ordinary one, sustained by the multitude of people.
