योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-182, verse-12

तपतस्ते ततो याता भ्रातरः सदनं निजम् ।
भूमौ धर्मयुगं भुक्त्वा वेधा ब्रह्मपुरीमिव ॥ १२ ॥
tapataste tato yātā bhrātaraḥ sadanaṃ nijam ,
bhūmau dharmayugaṃ bhuktvā vedhā brahmapurīmiva 12
12. tapataḥ te tataḥ yātāḥ bhrātaraḥ sadanam nijam
bhūmau dharmayugam bhuktvā vedhāḥ brahmapurīm iva
12. tataḥ tapataḥ te bhrātaraḥ bhūmau dharmayugam
bhuktvā nijam sadanam yātāḥ vedhāḥ brahmapurīm iva
12. Then, having performed asceticism (tapas), those brothers returned to their own abode, after having enjoyed an age of righteousness (dharma) on earth, just as the creator (Vedhā) returns to the city of Brahmā (Brahmapurī).
