योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-104, verse-43

एष देहदशादुःखपरित्यागो ह्यनुत्तमः ।
यत्साम्यं चेतसो योगान्न तु कर्मेन्द्रियस्थितेः ॥ ४३ ॥
eṣa dehadaśāduḥkhaparityāgo hyanuttamaḥ ,
yatsāmyaṃ cetaso yogānna tu karmendriyasthiteḥ 43
43. eṣaḥ dehadaśāduḥkhaparityāgaḥ hi anuttamaḥ yat
sāmyam cetasaḥ yogāt na tu karmendriyasthiteḥ
