योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-78, verse-3

यथा व्योम्नीक्षणस्पन्दात्पिच्छमौक्तिकमण्डलम् ।
दृश्यते सदिवासत्यं चित्तस्पन्दात्तथा जगत् ॥ ३ ॥
yathā vyomnīkṣaṇaspandātpicchamauktikamaṇḍalam ,
dṛśyate sadivāsatyaṃ cittaspandāttathā jagat 3

3. Just as an illusory circle of peacock-pearls appears in the sky due to the vibration of the eye, seeming both real and unreal, so too the world (jagat) appears due to the vibration of the mind (citta).
