योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-31, verse-22

इयमस्माकमप्यापदागता दैन्यदायिनी ।
तस्यैकस्य प्रसादेन दुष्पौरुषगतेर्हरेः ॥ २२ ॥
iyamasmākamapyāpadāgatā dainyadāyinī ,
tasyaikasya prasādena duṣpauruṣagaterhareḥ 22
22. iyam asmākam api āpad āgatā dainyadāyinī
tasya ekasya prasādena duṣpauruṣagateḥ hareḥ
22. iyam dainyadāyinī āpad asmākam api āgatā,
tasya ekasya duṣpauruṣagateḥ hareḥ prasādena
22. This calamity, which brings wretchedness, has also befallen us, solely through the will of that Hari whose prowess (or destiny) has turned unfavorable.
