वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-11, verse-5

अग्राण्यारुह्य शैलानां शिखराणि महान्त्यपि ।
ऊर्ध्वमुत्क्षिप्य तरसा प्रतिगृह्णाति वीर्यवान् ॥५॥
5. agrāṇyāruhya śailānāṃ śikharāṇi mahāntyapi ,
ūrdhvamutkṣipya tarasā pratigṛhṇāti vīryavān.
