वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-11, verse-40

तं तोलयित्वा बाहुभ्यां गतसत्त्वमचेतनम् ।
चिक्षेप वेगवान् वाली वेगेनैकेन योजनम् ॥४०॥
40. taṃ tolayitvā bāhubhyāṃ gatasattvamacetanam ,
cikṣepa vegavān vālī vegenaikena yojanam.
